Sales & Refund Policy

These websites are collectively referred to as “the Platform.”
By completing any payment or purchase through the Platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Payments

All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.

By completing a payment you acknowledge that:

• Prices listed on the platform are final and may include applicable taxes.
• Additional charges may apply from payment providers or banks.
• Transactions are subject to the policies of payment gateway providers.

2. Courses and Educational Programs

This section applies to courses and diplomas provided through:

The following terms apply:

• Course purchases are non-refundable in full.
• A cancellation request may be submitted within 3 days from the payment date.
• The platform administration reserves the right to determine the partial refund amount at its discretion.

If a partial refund is approved, the following will be deducted:

• Payment gateway fees
• Banking transfer fees
• Applicable taxes
• Administrative processing costs

After 3 days from the payment date, no refund requests will be accepted.

3. Artworks and Physical Products

This applies to purchases of:

• Art paintings
• Art materials
• Store products
• Items sold through virtual exhibitions

A return request may be submitted under the following conditions:

• Request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product
• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be preserved if applicable

The customer is responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Transaction processing fees
• Applicable taxes related to the return

Refunds will only be processed after the product is received and inspected.

4. Virtual Exhibitions and Digital Services

This includes:

• Virtual 3D exhibition services
• Digital services
• Any electronically delivered service

Once the service has been delivered or activated, it becomes non-refundable.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions may include:

• News subscriptions
• Premium content access
• Membership services

The following rules apply:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation.
• Automatic renewal may be cancelled at any time.
• Access continues until the end of the paid subscription period.

6. Refund Rejection Cases

The Platform may reject refund requests in the following cases:

• Request submitted after the allowed time period
• Course content has been accessed or used
• Product has been used or damaged
• Incorrect or misleading information was provided during purchase

7. Refund Request Procedure

To request a cancellation or refund:

1. Submit a request through the support channel or official email.
2. Provide the order number and transaction details.
3. Wait for the request to be reviewed by the platform administration.

The administration reserves the right to approve or reject requests according to this policy.
